An absolute shambles! They’re refusing to pay me… I’ve been waiting weeks… says my bank as rejected the payment which is a load of crap. Rang my bank up and they’ve not even tried to send any payment! Now they’re wanting bank statements which I’ve provided 4 times and they keep asking for more. Stay well clear of this site it’s a scam

Would be very careful when joining this site, I’m currently still waiting on a withdrawal was told my bank rejected when I’ve contacted my bank and they told me no payment was ever rejected, now I’m being told to provide bank statements and do the withdrawal via bank transfer which I’ve provided yet seems like a very long process for someone to even verify the statements , the customer service on this site seems very terrible so if you plan to make a deposit and you end up winning just expect to recieve the winnings in about 5 years time if you’re lucky.

If i could give 0 stars i would deposited 10 played 10p spins on big bass bonus i lost £9.50 and all of a sudden it crashed baring in mind my internet was fine the casino likes to cheat so doesn’t feel like it has to let you win… Anyways carried on with 10p spins with my bonus what a surprise took the whole lot with out a bonus or decent win only 5p and 10p its a pathetic excuse for a casino and my friends who play have had this experience too certainly wont be putting my money into this casino again they need closing down.

Guys please stay clear of this casino, I had a bonus from them “no deposit” latter found out I had to deposit to be able to start wagering, I then deposited, the wager requirements was 388.50, but when I deposited, they put a 35x on top of the bonus amounts I had accumulated, I had a bonus balance of 499, so I had to wager 17,467.10, this site tricks you in to a bonus, just to screw you in to depositing to take your money!

In my opinion a 5 star casino for slots. Deposited took the 100% match bonus and went on to have a win. Cancelled the bonus and withdrew my winnings It was paid within 5 hours straight back into my bank account did not even ask for documents!.You cannot ask better than that. Inventing lame excuses each time and waiting 48hrs for response each time. 1st need 4 corners of utility bill, then they dont accept my utility bill then its blurry. blatant stalling for whatever their agenda. This is one of the shadiest casinos i’ve played on. I deposited 20, and got a 200% match bonus. I won £200 with my bonus funds, which had wagering requirements. I kid you not, after that win I had no bonuses, despite playing on 20p. I had a few small wins whilst on autoplay, but did around 1800 spins after that win and no bonus. Please, if you appreciate your money… please STAY AWAY from this appauling site. I’m closing my account with this crap for good.
